　*Will accept ambulance services only for daytimes during weekdays

　　Advanced appointments only (except for pediatrics)

　　Walk-in Hours:  From 8；30 A.M. to 11；30 A.M.

　　From 1；15 P.M. to 4；00 P.M.

　　Check in:  Window 3 for new patients

　　Window 4 for referrals

　  Any available window for those with appointments

 

Regarding Payment:

　Payments can be made in: Cash, Credit Card, or with Travel Insurance

     (Acceptable credit cards: JCB, American Express, VISA, Master Card)
